SAMA Construction sh.pk has the beginnings of its activity in 1994 under the name JUDRIT sh.pk. The inventor and Creator of both companies is Mr. STAVER PRIFTI. The company operates in the sector of industrial metal constructions The Office and operating facilities are in Kombinati Metalurgjik in Elbasan

Our company offers services in all types of production and installation of various metal structures that are realized by a professional and experienced team more than 27 years old

Products and services are almost all based on customer order and as such are unique.

The field of productive activity includes:

Technical specifications

Metal bin for urban waste capacity 30 Liters.

• Container holding capacity not less than 30 liters.

• Dimensions of the metal container:

Container height: 48 – 50 cm.

Container plate pressure: not less than 1.2 mm.

Container diameter: 30 – 32 cm.

• The body of the container is made of metallic material, galvanized to protect the way effective against corrosion and electrostatic powder coating.

• The height of the container column will be no more than 90 cm.

• Cigarette basket, the dimensions are: width of the basket 9 cm, length 9 cm and height 19 cm.

• The body of the container will be 100% metal material. .

The container is able to withstand different climatic conditions, for everyone ingredients, and temperatures from -20ºC to + 50ºC.

➢ Consists of a special shaped flange and has three holes for fixing the iron to ground with screws and holes of suitable cross section. The diameter of the flange is 28 cm and its thickness is about 2 mm.

. The flange is joined to a steel pipe Ø 60.2 mm thick and 90 cm high.

1. Metal bins for urban waste with a capacity of 1100 liters.

• The holding capacity of the container should be 1100 liters.

• Container dimensions:

Height: 1390 – 1400 mm;

Width: 1000 -1100 mm;

Length: 1350 – 1370 mm.

• The sheet metal thickness should be 1.5 – 2 mm.

• The body of the container should be constructed of steel sheet type 08 kp with cold stamping.

• The container has extra reinforcement of the wheel base, which is attached to the container.

• Container supports should be 2mm thick.

• The container has a drainage system at the bottom for draining liquids accumulated from waste or while washing the container.

• Cargo carrying capacity to be not less than 500 kg.

• The container should have two side handles on the body to enable its withdrawal.

• In the upper frame to use a profile with dimensions 40 x 30 x 1.5mm.

• The body of the container will be 100% hot-dip galvanized.

•The container is equipped with a plastic or metal lid (as required from clients)

• The part of the cover should be straight with channels to enable rainwater flow.

• The lid must be equipped with handles, for cases of opening the lid manually

• The lid has a mechanism for opening with foot and with mandatory closing, easy on perdorim.

• The container should have 4 reversible rubber wheels, made of plastic rubber material, together with bearings, and the bearing capacity for the wheel to be 300kg;

• Wheel diameter to be 200mm and with 360º rotation.

➢ Wheels to be honed with galvanized steel in the center and rubber ring resistant to the part of contact with the ground.

. The container should be able to withstand different climatic conditions, for everyone ingredients, and temperatures from -20ºC to + 50ºC.

. The container conforms to EN 840 3/5 / 6-2020 standards Metal The metal body of the container is galvanized according to EN ISO 1461: 2009 or equivalent.
